holy smokesssssssssssssssssssssssss, I didn’t think it was that long.
that way I can go back and look at myself and see/hear/remind myself of the progress I’ve made.
I’m planning on doing one either every other week or once a month, I haven’t fully decided just yet but they will be posted to my weight loss blog
